3. Account Registration

To access specific services, you must create an account using accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activities under your account.

4. Services Overview

• Music & Video Distribution: Distribute songs and videos globally to Spotify, Apple Music, JioSaavn, and more.
• YouTube CMS Services: Monetize and protect your content using YouTube’s Content ID system.
• Promotion: Tools and services to boost visibility for artists and labels.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must own or have licensed rights to all content uploaded to Pinjar Music. Uploading infringing, illegal, or offensive content is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. Pinjar Music receives a non-exclusive license to distribute, promote, and display content based on the selected plan. The website’s design, code, and brand are property of Pinjar Music and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Payment and Refunds

Plans and pricing:

• Artist Plan: ₹499/year
• Label Plan: ₹3,999/year
• Enterprise Plan: Contact Us

Payments are processed securely. Refunds are considered only in exceptional cases at Pinjar Music’s discretion.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Uploading copyrighted or illegal material
• Harassing or threatening other users
• Attempting to hack or misuse the system
• Using the platform for fraudulent or unlawful acts

9. Limitation of Liability

Pinjar Music services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We are not responsible for losses or damages arising from system errors, interruptions, or user actions.

10. Termination

Pinjar Music may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Users may close their accounts anytime by contacting support. Upon termination, Pinjar Music may retain content as required by law.

11. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and processing of your data in accordance with applicable laws.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pinjar Music, its affiliates, and staff from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services, including violations of copyright or third-party rights.
